Supporting Creativity

On this blog, supporting creativity is essential. I’ve said before in my introduction post that if I could help support others, then that is what I’m going to do. When I see something awe-inspiring that blows my mind AND I have an opportunity to be a part of it, I’m all for it! I will be a one-man marketing team in order to make sure that more people can experience what I have.

This is why I’m dedicating this post to helping Digital Artist Justin Maller reach his goal of creating a 12″ x 12″ book of his facets for the world to enjoy. (Supposed to be a video below, hopefully the link worked)

I found out about Justin the same way I think a lot of others have found him, through seeing one of his facets in a YouTube video by tech reviewer MKBHD. The first thing I said to myself was that I WANT ONE! Thankfully, MKBHD provided the link to Justin Maller’s site, http://www.facet.la. I sat and looked at each piece and became fascinated as each page went by. Because I had to tell somebody, I turned to Twitter and shared the site with my followers and even followed Justin, which is where I learned that he just launched a Kickstarter campaign.

Before I even checked out the campaign, I knew that I had to get on board & help in any way I possibly could. I watched his video about the campaign and understood what he’s trying to do. Seeing art is one thing, but to have something tangible is a completely different experience.

I really want to see this campaign succeed, otherwise I wouldn’t be doing this. This is why I’m asking for everything, a reblog, share the campaign on social media, contribute if you can, any possible method of making this a reality is very much appreciated. Like I said, if something really strikes me the way Justin Maller’s work has, I will go all the way to make sure that others can see it too. If there is something that amazes you, spread it. Creativity is not something to be kept in a box.
